This 40,000 square-foot high-end commercial office fit-out space located in Plymouth Meeting, PA provides a modern, open office space for an effective collaborative workplace. Serving as the flagship office for Brixmor Property Group, this state-of-the-art facility will house 175 employees and includes a coffee bar, self-serve pantry and kitchen, multiple conference rooms, fitness center, outdoor patio and a mix of open office areas and private offices. Holstein White provided an energy efficient solution for the facility, including a ducted variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, energy recovery unit for ventilation, LED lighting, advanced electrical sub-metering, perimeter hydronic trench heaters with high-efficiency boiler, and high-efficiency, low-flow plumbing fixtures. This energy efficient solution has put the facility on the right path for obtaining certification for LEED v4for ID+C: Commercial Interiors, of which Holstein White supported in the design, application and approval process.
