County of Bucks Administration Building

Multiple floors of the existing 7-story facility located in Doylestown, which is the former home of the County Courthouse, have been renovated and brought up to new efficiency standards with HVAC replacements, low-flow plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, etc. The renovation project was phased in a manner as to not disturb the daily usage / function of the building. The renovation project, which is possible due to the courthouse operations being relocated to the new courthouse building across the street, is being done in an effort to consolidate the county footprint to reduce operating expenses and improve efficiency through space planning.
