Philadelphia Housing Authority Headquarters

HWI designed the MEP&FP systems for Philadelphia Housing Authority’s new corporate headquarters. The five story, 135,000 square foot office space creates a collaborative environment for the multiple divisions within the Philadelphia Housing Authority. The ground floor of the new Philadelphia Housing Authority headquarters features two future retail spaces.
