Holstein White has provided design of the MEP&FP systems for numerous American Water facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ranging from full HVAC replacement design in existing operations facilities, to full MEP&FP design for new construction operation facilities and corporate offices, Holstein White has delivered consistent design solutions to meet American Water’s design standards.

Recently completed projects include facilities located in Dale City, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Mechanicsburg, PA, and locations throughout New Jersey. Projects have included design of full facility generator backup, high efficiency HVAC systems, geothermal / ground-source heat pump systems, water-source heat pump loop and central plant equipment replacement, CO detection systems, radiant floor heating systems, snow melt systems and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
