Located in the Old City section of Philadelphia, PA, this charming apartment building provides luxurious apartments and an abundance of amenities for residents to enjoy. One of the recently renovated amenity spaces is the mezzanine business lounge, which features flexible workspace, computer stations and conference / meeting rooms for use by residents. Holstein White provided MEPFP services in the mezzanine renovation including the expansion of the building’s water source heat pump system, power and lighting design of the reconfigured spaces in accordance with the Architect and Owner’s recommendations and new plumbing fixtures for the renovated restroom and coffee bar.
