Green Tree Charter School

The Green Tree Charter School, located in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia, is a non-profit organization striving to provide educational, therapeutic, and clinical support for children with Autism and Emotional Disabilities. In addition is standard educational services, Green Tree Charter School offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, specialized counselling, and nursing services. Holstein White provided MEP&FP design services for this facility including variable air volume (VAV) systems with high-efficiency gas-fired roof-top units, power and low-voltage design meeting the classroom criteria set forth by the Owner, central domestic water heater plant and low-flow plumbing fixtures. Furthermore, Holstein White provided power, gas, plumbing and HVAC to meet the required criteria for the facilities full-service commercial kitchen.
