Holstein White has proven to be a reliable source for MEPFP design for renovations to the approximate 180,000-square foot shopping center in Cheltenham Township, PA formerly known as Cheltenham Square Mall. While maintaining quality and cost-effective design, Holstein White assisted on the renovation of the shopping center as it transitioned from a fully enclosed shopping mall to an outdoor shopping center. Additionally, Holstein White has designed numerous tenant provisions and white box designs for the Owner. Working with high attention on the needs of the Owner and tenant, Holstein White has ensured HVAC, plumbing and electrical requirements are met in accordance with each tenant’s lease agreement.
