Hartley Dodge Memorial

This historical building, designed in 1933 currently serves as Madison, NJ’s Town Hall. Madison is dedicated to keeping and maintaining the integrity of the building. Holstein White has provided numerous design options for the rehabilitation of the Building's East Wing. Holstein White provided MEP services for this rehabilitation including new mechanical system options, power, lighting and sanitary design for a new elevator. Additionally, renovations to the restrooms were designed, including new low-flow plumbing fixtures, rebalanced HVAC and high efficiency LED fixtures as well as designing a radiant snow melting system for the building’s walkway. Currently HWI designed renovations to the Building’s site lighting which is currently being installed.
