Holstein White has developed MEP&FP designs in high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise self-storage facilities for Johnson Development Associates throughout the east coast. Facilities HWI has provided designs for include both existing building rehabilitations and new ground up facilities. HWI has worked closely with the Client to ensure MEP&FP designs meet and exceed the Owner’s well-established design standards. HWI has assisted in completed projects in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Bayonne, NJ. Properties currently in construction are located in Fayetteville, GA, and Sarasota, FL. Holstein White has provided emergency generator designs for facilities in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, and Bayonne, NJ.
