Holstein White has consistently delivered quality MEPFP designs for the New Jersey’s Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Holstein White has assisted in office and storage facility designs for both new construction and renovations. Additionally, Holstein White has provided mechanical and electrical specific designs, such as upgrades to the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex’s uninterruptable power supply (UPS) and redesign of the existing chilled water system and associated pumps.
