Springhaven Country Club

The newly constructed Springhaven Country Club Pool House in Wallingford, PA offers an abundance of amenities including a golf simulator room, fitness center, business center, locker rooms, full-service snack bar with commercial kitchen and cabana bar for members to enjoy. Holstein White worked closely with the local electrical utility company to accommodate the new the needs of the Owner for this building. Additionally, Holstein White provided full MEP&FP services including design of the kitchen ventilation system, high-efficiency variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC systems, high-efficiency gas-fired water heaters, low-flow plumbing fixtures and LED lighting.
