St. Joseph Villa

This project consisted of renovating all of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems throughout the 175,000 square foot, 7-story senior living community. This building consists of 4 floors of assisted living that contains 212 beds and 2 floors of skilled nursing that contains 105 beds. The property also has a gift shop, chapel, dinning room, fitness area, physical therapy suite, and salon.
