The Falls - Wilmington, DE (in construction)

Located along the Brandywine Creek in Wilmington, DE, this 2-building apartment complex provides the design and feel for luxury living. With 181 units including studio to 3-bedroom apartments, and amenities such as a fitness club, private fitness studio, pool with sundeck, garage parking, outdoor terrace with grilling station, dog wash, collaborative workspaces  and media longue, there is an abundant variety for residents to relax and enjoy. Holstein White provided the MEPFP design for this campus, which included gas-fired HVAC equipment, garage ventilation and CO detection system, energy efficient LED fixtures and low-flow plumbing fixtures. Additionally, Holstein White worked closely with the Architect, General Contractor and local utility companies to ensure coordination was met throughout design and construction.
