The Gathering at University Village

This new construction mixed-use apartment building and retail space located in New Britain, PA provides elegant off-campus living for Delaware Valley University students. Consisting of 97 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and amenities such as fitness room, outdoor plaza and community rooms, residents have plenty to enjoy at The Gathering. Additionally, multiple retail spaces are provided on the ground floor, including a grocery store. Holstein White prepared the MEPFP design for this mixed-use facility including self-contained, packaged air handling units for residential units and ducted split systems for common areas. Furthermore, Holstein White worked closely with the local electrical utility company to ensure the property had adequate service and provisions for future expansions on the property.
